Motivation to Make it Happen!

What is your motivation? How do you make it happen? What moves you? My motivation is the way the world is Not. My motivation is the way things don’t happen. My motivation are my children, what their needs and wants are. My motivation is my family and what they don’t have. My motivation is very necessary for me to make anything happen. I must motivate myself at all times. I must be my children’s motivation to inspire them to want more, have more and do more. This means I need to be the example they need to see. Motivation is the key. You must be motivated to make it happen. You must be motivated to make anything happen. What are you making happen? What are your goals? What makes you want to get out of bed in the morning. What drives you? What are you living for? Once you answer these questions for yourself you will start striving to be your best. Find your motivation. Obtain a motivation magnet. If you don’t know what a motivation magnet is, make up your own definition.

Motivation is one’s direction to behaviour, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behaviour, a set of force that acts behind the motives. An individual’s motivation may be inspired by others or events (extrinsic motivation) or it may come from within the individual (intrinsic motivation). So if you don’t have motivation from within there are plenty of ways to find something to motivate you. Go on google and ask, “What Motivates You In Life?”

What Motivates You In Life? The 6 Common Factors That Drive People

Mind Over Money

Our Mind is more important than the money we crave, but we allow money to hold more weight. Why is that? Money is actually necessary to breathe on this earth. We need money more than we need to breathe unless we’re going to live off the land & eat from the plants and trees.

Money is Not the answer to all of our problems. Most times money causes problems if you let it. Our culture has sent mixed messages. On one end the fortune and fame has allowed us to believe that’s what life’s about. On the other end some of us feel money is the root to all evil. Either way we Need money to survive. If we can’t purchase the necessary things for just survival, then we’re in trouble. We must eat, bathe, wear clothing and rest our head somewhere which usually requires money. So we can agree that money is important, right? But we have to know there are things more important than money. And that is our mind, our thinking, the way we see things and our perception.

Our Mind should be our very absolute first priority over everything, even our health, especially our wealth. In order to do well with money and have a good relationship with it, your mind has to be in the right place. You must focus on your mind at all times. Working on your mind requires creating new healthy successful habits such as meditation and affirmations.

Why Training Your Mind Is the Most Important Priority in Life

Thriving Amongst the Conniving

Living in a world so cold amongst people who are so bold. We’re told to follow certain things such as a certain religion, certain education, etc. How are we to thrive when most don’t even feel alive? What does it mean to thrive & how do we focus on it, especially when people aren’t so nice. So many people are hurting, sad, depressed, stressed and frustrated with life. Their energy affects everyone around them which causes others to be corrupted by it. How do we fix this? How do we help others thrive in this society. It’s all about energy and it’s all about positive energy especially. We have to practice positivity. It is a must. Without it we are doomed. So now you ask, well how do we practice positivity?

First it starts in our mind and environment. What are we telling ourselves? Are we saying negative things to ourselves? What are we allowing others to say to us and what are we allowing them to do around us? Are we allowing others to say negative things to us? We must take more control of what thoughts we are allowing in our head and what we’re saying out of our mouth. Second, I suggest meditating on your wants and desires. This has helped a tremendous amount of people and is known to really work. Meditation has been celebrated as a therapeutic tool to help ease stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and chronic pain. You can find it in classrooms, businesses, locker rooms and smartphones through apps such as Headspace and Calm. In particular, mindfulness meditation, which focuses one’s attention on the present moment, is wildly popular and has ballooned into a billion-dollar business, according to the market research firm IBISWorld. Third, you will have to take a deep hard look at your environment and assure it is conducive to what you want for your life. Are the people around you practicing positivity? Is your environment negative or positive? What are some of the things you’re listening to? All of these things play a part in how to Thrive. Once you answer these questions, you will discover what type of environment you are placing yourself in. Then you will notice what changes need to be made. But you will also have to do the necessary things to make those changes. Spiritual Life Hacks for Success and Happiness: How to Thrive in any Situation

Benefits of Personal Development, Part 1

Personal Development is a key piece in life. It will help you get to where you’re going. Personal Development has taken me a long way & has allowed me some of the peace I have today. Looking back before I knew anything about Personal Development, I felt so lost. All I cared about was hanging out with friends & having fun. Going out every weekend was like the coolest thing, I looked forward to it every single weekend. I don’t think a day went by I wasn’t thinking about the weekend. I had so much crazy fun with my friends. We even had fun at school outside of the weekend. School wasn’t really my thing & I just wasn’t focused on it in the way I should have been. I went to school to see my friends pretty much. I did average in school because I didn’t fully apply myself. Once I got into my senior year I transferred to another school, ended up pregnant & dropped out. I was not happy about that but once I had my 1st born it was just a loss of energy & I was not motivated to go back. Now that I know what I know, Personal Development was missing from my life. I wish I would have known about it then because I would have handled things a whole lot different.

Now I’m saying affirmations daily, practicing positivity, encouraging others, staying motivated, & implementing new healthy successful habits. Looking ahead I feel really good about my future because I think different now. I want better, I want more, I want different & Personal Development has truly done that for me. Getting to know who I really am on this journey has been really tough but worth it. Finding out your values, morals, standards, boundaries, beliefs, & the purpose you wish to pursue is very important & should be taught in school. So now I’m teaching my children & my family about Personal Development. It plays a very big part in my life. I don’t know where I’d be today, without it. Life is about self improvement, doing better than you did yesterday & showing up as your best self as the days come. Here are 6 Core benefits of Personal Development that will have you well on your way.
